- Benevolence Fund Team – Only active Deacons are members of this Team. Its’ purpose is to financially assist people who have short term financial needs, either church members or non-member. Team Leaders – Mike Kelly, Payton Towns, & Josh Wells
- Prayer Team – Team is responsible for organizing Sunday morning pre-service prayer time and prayer during service time. Team Leaders: Darell Colter & Steven Alligood
- Handyman Team – Team coordinates and performs odd jobs, repair/ maintenance for members of the congregation needing assistance. Duties may also include providing supervision and/or labor on church projects. Team can include DBC Men’s Ministry for support. Team Leaders: Mike Kelly & Josh Wells
- Transportation Team – Team arranges or provides transportation to church members who need transportation to doctor’s appointments, physical therapy, shopping, church services, etc. This team will function as a “when able team.” Team Leaders: Kyle Williams, Cory Hobbs, & Eric Shepard
- New Member Team – Team focuses on welcoming new members to DBC and assisting them in becoming an integral part of church life. Team duties include locating appropriate Sunday school classes, providing information on church activities for various family members, and detailing organizations at DBC of interest to new members.Host 2 New Member luncheons per year. Team Leaders: Spence Lovett & Payton Towns
- Visitation Team – Team supports church members or their families who are hospitalized for injury or sickness or who are receiving care at some other rehabilitation facility or home bound. Team Leaders: Jason Locke, Jeff Johnson & Chris Stevens
- Crisis Team – Team focuses on church members needing assistance in dealing with unexpected emergencies or occurrences not involving hospitalization or long-term care. Examples include death, chronic illness or loss of job etc. Assistance includes phone calls, visits, information on available resources (support groups, referral services). Team Leaders: Randy Gay & Spencer Tydings
- Staff Appreciation Team – Team organizes celebration of church staff special occasions and/or anniversaries. Team Leaders: Matt Gibbs & Rogie Roberson
- Staff Ministry Support Team – Team can be called on to help back fill needed areas of ministry that may arise. Example – fill in for Connection teacher, Youth or Children teacher etc. Team Leaders: Shawn Roberson, Josh Thomas, Brian Brown, & Brian Carter
